Advisory & Growth

Most CFOs ignore the tax impact of growth; we build growth strategies that the IRS can’t touch.

As an Enrolled Agent with a Master of Accountancy in Taxation, we bridge the gap between operational strategy and tax-efficient decision-making, ensuring every move you make is backed by disciplined reporting and IRS-ready documentation.

Executive Financial Strategy Without the Executive Salary.

Fractional CFO Services

You don’t need a full-time executive to run CFO-grade financial leadership. U.S. Eagle Tax delivers a fractional CFO strategy, operational accounting, and tax-forward planning so you can scale with control, visibility, and compliance.

Frequently Asked Questions

Please reach us at info@useagletax.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.

Yes. We serve businesses throughout New Jersey, including Freehold and Monmouth County, and we also support clients virtually statewide and beyond. Engagements are built around a consistent monthly or biweekly cadence.

A Fractional CFO provides executive-level financial leadership—cash flow strategy, forecasting, KPI management, and decision support. Bookkeeping focuses on transaction accuracy and month-end close. In short, bookkeeping keeps the records clean; a fractional CFO turns the numbers into a plan and operating cadence.

You’re a strong fit if you have any of the following:

  • Rapid growth with inconsistent cash flow
  • Margin pressure or unclear profitability drivers
  • Hiring plans, expansion, or large capex decisions
  • Multiple entities/locations or higher transaction volume
  • Need lender/investor-ready reporting and oversight

The CFO Add-On is a retainer-based engagement that can include:

  • 13-week cash flow + scenario planning
  • Budgeting and forecasting (including hiring/capex planning)
  • Margin/pricing analysis + unit economics
  • Lender/investor reporting pack + meeting participation
  • Executive cadence: monthly or biweekly strategy sessions

Our bookkeeping packages are fixed monthly ranges based on transaction volume, number of accounts, entities/locations, and complexity (payroll, sales tax, A/P, inventory). Fractional CFO is priced as a retainer with scoped hours based on the level of ongoing strategy and meeting cadence required.

Yes. If your books are behind or need restructuring, we scope cleanup separately based on the number of months, accounts, and data quality. Once stabilized, we transition you into a monthly plan for continuity.

Timelines depend on how quickly documents are provided and how complex the books are. Most clients receive monthly reports after reconciliations and close procedures are complete. We set expectations during onboarding and standardize a monthly close cadence.

To keep the process efficient, we typically need:

  • Bank/credit card access (view or accountant access)
  • Notes on unusual transactions (large purchases, reimbursements, loans, owner draws)
  • Confirmation of any outstanding A/R or A/P changes (if included in your plan)

Yes—A/P support depends on your package level. Bronze is typically self-managed A/P; Silver can include basic bill entry; Gold can include full A/P and vendor management with approvals and workflow controls.

Sales tax support is available and is typically included with defined limits based on your jurisdiction count and filing frequency. Multi-state or complex sales tax environments are scoped to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Yes—when bookkeeping and advisory are done correctly, it improves deduction integrity, substantiation, and proactive planning opportunities. As Enrolled Agents, we prioritize a defensible filing posture and year-round coordination so tax decisions are driven by real numbers—not estimates.

We support common small business systems (including QuickBooks environments) and will confirm fit during onboarding. If your file needs restructuring for clean reporting and continuity, we will scope and implement the required setup.

Start with a quick fit conversation to confirm scope, complexity, and deliverables. From there, we’ll provide onboarding steps, set your reporting cadence, and move into a structured month-end close and advisory rhythm.
